Non-Refund Policy: Refunds will not be offered after a punchcard has been purchased.
MEDICAL EXCEPTION: If a medical condition or injury prevents you from using your punchcard at a later date, please contact us to discuss. If its something that will heal & you can come back at a later date, save your punch card (there is no expiry on the cards) If its a condition that prevents you from coming back at a later date, you will need to provide us with doctor's note outlining why the injury/condition affects your participation in classes & we can pro-rate a refund based on the amount of classes left on the punchcard.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Our studio space is small, so registration is limited. If you are unable to make class, please make sure to cancel your registration AT LEAST 24 hours before class, otherwise your class credit will be used.
